Growth for Green would like to present career week, a platform created to give young girls insider's advice on how to be in their professional field! These career paths are both male and female-dominated, helping young women seeking interest in a variety of occupations. Many Women of color struggle to see themselves in certain fields of work or education because there is no representation of someone that looks like them in their desired career. This may cause many woc to shy away from these career paths. The purpose of career week is to break those stigmas, providing an all-inclusive platform for everyone to learn about the experiences of well-rounded WOC and the intersectional issues they face as women and people of color! We hope to see you engaged in our events!
